Direct Print and Scan for Mobile is a combination of a MEAP application that resides on the imageRUNNER / imageRUNNER ADVANCE MFP and a client mobile application that is available for iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry smartphone, and Android device users. Canon Direct Print and Scan for Mobile application helps expand the capabilities of the mobile workforce with an array of printing and scanning opportunities. Mobile users can now perform the following: • Print emails, PDFs, and photos to Canon imageRUNNER and imageRUNNER ADVANCE MFPs • Scan hard copy documents from Canon imageRUNNER and imageRUNNER ADVANCE MFPs to their mobile device • Select finishing features via their mobile device • Secure mobile printing through Integration with device authentication • Mobile print tracking through integration with cost accouting applications
