Canon Canada is a proud member of the Brampton business community, and earlier this month the company hosted the city’s mayor, Patrick Brown, at its corporate headquarters.

Nobuhiko Kitajima, president and CEO of Canon Canada, led Brown on a tour of the facility’s 5,000-square-foot showroom. There, Brown learned about the company’s 45-year history in Canada, its ongoing investments into the communities it serves and the diversified lineup of products and innovative technologies it supplies to customers and businesses coast to coast to coast.

The visit also included an overview of Canon’s environmental initiatives and accolades, including LEED® Gold certification for the corporate headquarters and the company’s recognition as one of Canada’s Greenest Employers for 2019.

Interested in learning more about Canon Canada’s Brampton operation, Brown visited the Customer Information Centre (whose support agents field customers’ calls and emails), customer service centre (where customers can drop off their products for repair) and repair facility. Team members detailed the bilingual, 100% Canadian service and support they provide for Canon customer and small business products.
