What forms of payment do you take?
The App accepts payments from major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Is there a minimum resolution images must be to be printed in larger sizes?
Once you upload your image, the App will assess and confirm whether the resolution of your image is sufficient for printing the size you have selected.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Should an order arrive damaged please contact us at framelab@canada.canon.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the interior and exterior of the packing materials and your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

What is your cancellation policy?
Once an order has entered production (we have begun making your order), we are unable to cancel or change your order. This includes changes to the moulding, mat style, size, mounting method and image file. If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to process a cancellation. Please contact us at framelab@canada.canon.com with your order number.

What is your exchange/return policy?
Since your framed print is made to order with your image file, all orders are final and an exchange or return is not possible.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are placed into production within 24-48 hours and ship in 8-12 business days. Most orders are delivered 2-3 weeks after placing your order. Some rural locations may take a little longer.

Can I ship to a different delivery address?
Yes. However, if you need to change an address after the order has been placed, please contact us at framelab@canada.canon.com If the product has not already been shipped, we may be able to change the delivery address.

How do I check the status of an order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. For any additional inquiries about your order status please contact us a framelab@canada.canon.com.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing is not currently offered online, but please contact us at framelab@canada.canon.com if you have bulk order requests.

Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are not currently offered.

Can I add text to an Image?
You cannot add text to your image after it has been uploaded.

Can I rush my order?
Rush production is not currently available.

Domestic Shipping Policy:
The order will be shipped via Purolator ground service and a tracking number will be provided to you. For any shipping related queries please contact us at framelab@canada.canon.com

Can I ship to a PO Box?
Currently we do not shop to a PO Box.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is Free below an order value of $150 and a flat $20 fee for orders over $150 (the app will automatically add $20 to the cart during check out)

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, shipping is only available to Canadian addresses.
