Flat rates posted on the member webpage cover labour and parts necessary to complete repair. Flat rate charges related to the repair of eligible products received for service will be automatically billed to the member account and members will only be contacted for a detailed estimate approval if their product requires extensive service, such as, but not limited to, moisture or extensive impact damage. Manual estimates can be available upon request but will not be eligible for service turnaround targets. Manual estimates may be subject to estimate charges and return shipping charges if refused by the member.
